NRILegal360 is operated by LEGAL THREE SIXTY TECH SOLUTIONS LLP. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for platform fees and related payments.

1. Platform and Administrative Fees

Platform subscription fees, intake fees, or administrative fees may be refundable only if:

  • The case has not been reviewed, and
  • No advocate has been assigned, and
  • No document review or consultation has taken place.

Once case review, document review, consultation, or case work has begun, platform and administrative fees may not be refundable.

2. Professional Fees

Fees paid for legal services provided by independent advocates or legal professionals are generally non-refundable once:

  • A consultation has been conducted,
  • Legal advice has been provided,
  • Documents have been reviewed,
  • Legal work has commenced,
  • Representation has begun.

Any refund related to professional fees will be subject to the engagement terms agreed with the respective legal professional.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a duplicate payment or incorrect payment is made, please notify us within 7 days. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Chargebacks

Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, you agree to contact NRILegal360 to resolve the issue. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of platform access.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel use of the platform at any time. However, fees for services already performed, consultations completed, or work already undertaken may still be applicable.
